Spotless Brands LLC in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and other basic vehicle maintenance in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will work with a team to deliver quick, quality service, follow safety procedures, and keep detailed service records while explaining findings to customers.

No formal degree required, but a high school diploma is preferred. All applicants must pass a background check and complete required training.

Qualifications

• Experience in lube services or oil changes preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Comfort communicating service needs to customers.

Responsabilités

• Perform oil and filter changes on a wide variety of vehicles
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Inspect and replace basic components such as air filters and wiper blades
• Use vehicle lift systems and safety equipment properly
• Follow SOPs for inspections and maintenance tasks
• Maintain service documentation and checklists
• Explain findings and recommend services to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of the lube bay and tools
