Arby’s Toledo is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Meatcraft® team. You’ll guide restaurant operations, mentor the management staff, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality service and performance-driven results.

You’ll bring at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work in the U.S. Join a team that values growth, learning, and promoting from within while delivering great food and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. To qualify for this General Manager, best-brand-you-ever-worked-for job, you:
