Job summary

Arby's is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant management team and drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives to ensure top Meatchraft standards and guest experience.

You will help with local store marketing, reach sales and profit goals, and manage team development in a fast-paced environment. Prior management experience and strong customer service track record are essential; eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
