Job summary

You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, document work, and ensure the guest experience remains top-notch while maintaining safety and efficiency in a clean, organized service bay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with routine vehicle maintenance and repairs preferred.
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License or equivalent; licenses must be converted to WA within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and tire rotations using manufacturer-approved procedures.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify service needs.
• Replace air filters, wiper blades, and batteries.
• Perform brake pad replacements, fluid flushes, and belt replacements.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and vehicles are returned clean and washed.
• Test-drive vehicles to diagnose issues and confirm repairs.
• Keep area clean and organized, maintain tools.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to document work and address concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
