Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate cars, vans, or light trucks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read maps, follow GPS directions, and manage delivery schedules.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts and supplies to designated customer locations in a timely manner.
• Load, unload, verify, and secure parts for transport.
• Review delivery orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
• Assist in checking, stocking, and organizing inventory when not making deliveries.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
• Communicate delivery status, route issues, and customer concerns to management.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Process returns and pick up merchandise from customers and vendors as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles.
