Job summary

Uniti Group in Evansville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping operations. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities include order fulfillment with accuracy and speed, inspecting incoming shipments, labeling and organizing inventory, and operating pallet jacks, scanners, and basic warehouse tools. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not required).
• Basic math and reading skills; able to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Able to operate basic computer systems (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
• Receive incoming shipments; verify counts and inspect for damage.
• Label, sort, and stage inventory in designated locations.
• Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and basic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory as needed.
