Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to lift heavy items safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries and operate dock prep with equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping protocols.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and handheld devices as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders, ensure loading quality and safety.
