Job summary

Aldenbridge is hiring for a Warehouse Support position at our Medley, FL facility. This fast-paced role involves selecting, picking and staging customer orders for next-day delivery, using pallet jacks and forklifts, with attention to labeling accuracy and safety.

You will work with minimal supervision, meet daily and monthly performance metrics, and maintain a clean, organized work area. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with RF scanning preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Organizational skills to ensure accuracy in labeling, loading, and storing materials.
• Can be trained to achieve 90% competency in six months.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English; including effectively communicating with co-workers, supervisors and support staff.
• Basic computer skills.
• RF scanning preferred.
• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S.A.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders and labeling for staging and delivery.
• Participate in problem solving to improve efficiency and safety.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly output/accuracy metrics.
• Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment.
• Keep work zone clean and orderly for safety.
• Communicate issues to Managers/Supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
