Job summary

Randstad USA in Miami is seeking a warehouse order picker to support fast-paced distribution operations. You will quickly pull products, verify quantities, and pack or label items for shipment.

You will use pallet jacks and comply with safety rules while prioritizing high-priority orders and maintaining accuracy to minimize errors. The role includes keeping aisles tidy and collaborating with team members to hit daily goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Experience with warehouse picking, packing, labeling, and inventory verification.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from warehouse racks based on production demands with speed and accuracy.
• Operate pallet jack equipment to build multi-item pallets and carts for transport.
• Prioritize urgent orders to meet tight shipping deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow procedures for handling, staging, and documenting orders to minimize errors and shrinkage.
• Help maintain clean aisles and organized picking areas.
