Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a warehouse associate to pull case orders on an electric pallet jack, organize product by assignment, and load routes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and pallet jack experience. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasional up to 80 lbs, with climbing on/off equipment and frequent bending/pushing/pulling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• About 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods in a cooler.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to climb on/off powered industrial equipment.
• Bend, squat, push and pull regularly.
• Work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Selects orders assigned by operations clerk and loads onto the proper route.
• Performs other job functions as assigned by supervisors.
