Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Sandston, VA. The role involves building stable pallets from cases, selecting products per pick tickets, and moving goods safely across the warehouse.

You will work on the 1st shift, handle pallets with a pallet jack or PIT, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while meeting safety and efficiency standards. Prior warehouse exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of work experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Pallet Jack certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and places quantities of product onto a pallet as instructed by the Pick Ticket, ensuring safety and stability.
• Transports pallets using a PIT or pallet jack to different areas of the warehouse.
• Assist in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
• Perform daily PIT checklist and report issues to management.
• Correct mistakes in quantity or product as directed by the checker.
