Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division in Westland, Michigan. The role involves driving company trucks to unload soiled products and loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer items onto trucks according to routes.

The position requires maintaining a clean work area and meeting quality standards. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to attendance policies, and be comfortable with exposure to temperature

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Must handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing and physical activity including lifting or moving materials for most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility to unload soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats and customer products onto trucks based on routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed loading/unloading quality standards.
