Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking Warehouse Associates at Joliet, IL. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Work hours are 6:00 AM to finish, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay of $820–$950. Capstone promotes internal growth, provides paid training, and rewards high performance in a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods.
• Selecting and palletizing items.
• Auditing, repacking, sorting, and housekeeping as assigned by site leadership.
