Job summary

Randstad USA in Sacramento is seeking motivated order pickers to join a fast-paced distribution team. Based on daily production quotas, you will quickly select and move products, ensuring accuracy and speed to meet goals.

You will stack, wrap, and stage orders on pallets, log inventory movements, operate hand trucks and pallet riders, and communicate with floor supervisors about stockouts or issues that could slow throughput.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy lifting safely.
• Must pass Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) test.

Responsibilities

• Select and move high volumes of product based on daily quotas.
• Stack, wrap, or consolidate orders onto pallets or carts, ensuring stability and safety.
• Track and log all inventory movements using the client's system and reconcile end-of-shift.
• Operate manual handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet riders) safely in congested warehouse lanes.
• Communicate with floor supervisors about stockouts or issues that could impede throughput.
