Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Eagan, MN, to join a fast-paced distribution team focused on accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. You will use RF scanners and WMS to manage inventory and ensure quality throughout the process.

This contract-to-hire role requires physical activity, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and standing for long shifts. Onsite work with steel‑toe footwear is expected, with comprehensive benefits potentially available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment setting.
• Experience using RF scanners for order-picking.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse technology.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs; standing for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders to meet daily production goals.
• Prepare outbound shipments by loading, wrapping, packaging, and verifying product information.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to locate, track, and process inventory.
• Ensure all orders meet quality standards before shipment, including proper documentation and labeling.
• Safely handle and transport materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through careful order fulfillment and inventory control practices.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient operations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Perform physically active work including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift.
