Job summary

Namely is seeking a General Warehouse Associate for our Indianapolis location. You will help ensure timely processing of merchandise in and out of the warehouse, while collaborating with team members to keep a safe, organized space.

This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, with overtime opportunities to support high-demand periods. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an orderly warehouse.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming merchandise.
• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Pack and ship orders to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Be available for overtime: at least 4 hours daily, potentially 6 days a week.
