Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies Distribution Center in Aurora, CO is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with clear hourly goals, using voice systems or pick tickets to select products and maintain safety and quality.

This role offers a 5-day work week, day shift 6:00am-2:30pm (or until work is complete), overtime, and potential second shift openings. Pay is $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with pallet jack.
• Experience in production or goal-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Basic math and reading skills (English).
• RF scanner and forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Safety and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment.
• Use voice and/or pick tickets to accurately select products.
• Inspect products for quality before shipping.
• Verify shipments against orders and invoices.
• Unload, check, and route incoming materials; report damages.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
