You’ll work across multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards) and engage with guests in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and strong teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and handles customer issues
• Operates cash register/point of sale devices and uses suggestive selling to increase sales
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders
• Prepares and packages food and drinks
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior areas
• Maintains health and safety standards
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed
• Works across multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter)
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts
• Follows uniform and grooming standards
• Resolves issues in the restaurant and supports team goals
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers and managers
