Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and addresses customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS, uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Keeps kitchen, counters and dining areas clean and sanitized.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, drive-thru, prep boards).
• Maintains punctual attendance and follows uniform policies.
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers and managers.
