Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join a fast-paced dining team in Las Vegas, NV. You will handle food preparation, customer service, and maintain cleanliness in both dining and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include taking orders, assisting customers, handling payments, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely service. Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to Jimmy John's recipes, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Assist customers in making choices and taking their orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while providing receipts and change as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient restaurant operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or supply needs to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.
