Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments and resolves issues politely.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/pack food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining areas and restrooms, and maintains safety standards.
• Stock inventory and rotates items, works at multiple stations (front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains punctual attendance and adheres to uniform and grooming policies.
• Works to resolve restaurant issues, supports team goals and communicates well.
