Job summary

Aerotek in Sanford, ME is seeking General Production Workers to support daily manufacturing operations on a fast-paced line. You will assist with packaging, material handling, machine support, and production tasks while standing for the shift and lifting up to 40 lbs.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow processes with safety in mind. This contract-to-hire position offers multiple shifts and the chance to gain manufacturing experience within a reputable staffing

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

Package, wrap, and move finished products and production materials.
Work efficiently on a fast-paced production line.
Monitor production processes and ensure materials are replenished as needed.
Assist with machine operation and keep work areas clean and organized.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 35-40 lbs.
Perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
