Job summary

Domino’s Odessa line cooks prepare pizzas and other items while following Domino’s specifications. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with team members to meet customer demands.

Ideal candidates show strong time management and communication skills, can stand for long periods, and hold a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• 1 year restaurant experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Able to read a computer screen.
• Detail-oriented and hard working.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table for readiness at beginning of each shift.
• Check all temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Prioritize tasks in a busy setting and work quickly for 2–4 hour stretches.
• Properly portion and itemize products per Domino’s Standards.
• Work in an assembly line configuration.
• Communicate with other station team members as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as business requires.
