Job summary

Managed Staffing, Inc. is seeking a hardware validation specialist to configure and maintain test hardware and infrastructure across dozens of systems.

The role requires keeping systems up-to-date, swapping processors and other components, and maintaining test-ready validation infrastructure in line with client roadmap schedules. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years PC validation experience, strong OS knowledge (MS and Linux), and proficiency with the Linux command line, plus sharp problem

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of PC Validation experience.
• MS and Linux OS Knowledge (install, configure, test).
• Must be comfortable with linux command line.
• Strong problem solving (regression) skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Leadership skills and able to manage project functional issues.
• PC Architecture and peripheral knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain test hardware and infrastructure across multiple systems.
• Keep hardware and validation infrastructure test-ready and up to date.
• Support client roadmap schedules with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multi-task under high pressure and meet deadlines.
