Job summary

Vandor Corporation in Indiana is seeking a Multi Shot Operator to manage multiple presses on the first shift. You will cycle the machine, inspect molded parts, and label containers for accurate product information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Analytical and numerical skills; basic math across units.
• Experience using handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with reliability and initiative.
• Attention to detail and fast learning.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic mold press operations.
• Label containers with product information.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications.
• Detects and reports defects to supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Prepare totes for product storage and shipping.
• Complete records according to quality standards.
• Support Vandor’s quality and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
