McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards, read orders, and help keep food prep areas clean and stocked.

Training is provided; restaurant experience helps but is not required. You’ll follow food safety and sanitation standards, work with a team, and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
