Adair Concepts is seeking a prep cook to set the tone in food preparation and support back-of-house duties. You will follow recipes, work with the manager, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen as a team player.

Responsibilities include washing, chopping, portioning ingredients, maintaining recipe consistency, labeling and storing foods, complying with health and safety standards, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Competenze

• Food handler certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfort working around hot surfaces, sharp utensils, and wet or slippery floors.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated areas.

Mansioni

• Preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning food according to recipes and specifications.
• Following standardized recipes, portion sizes, and preparation procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Labeling, dating, rotating, and properly storing prepared foods and ingredients using proper procedures.
• Complying with company policies, health department requirements, and workplace safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Use kitchen equipment safely, responsibly, and with proper care.
