Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience while preparing menu items and supporting hospitality flows. You will handle orders, assist with payments, and help ensure accurate dispatch for dine-in and delivery services.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with shift premiums for overnight hours and opportunities to advance into Trainer or Supervisor roles as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and speed.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Share knowledge about concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Work collaboratively to support teammates and leaders and take on additional duties.
