Wet Willie's in Waimea, Hawaii is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will operate the industrial dishwasher, wash pans, pots, dishes, and glassware, and assist prep staff during peak times to ensure smooth service.

Strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multi-task are essential. You will participate in opening/closing duties, manage trash, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume restaurant and under pressure but willing to train.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Operate dishwashing machine and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Scrape, sort, and stack dirty dishes; load into the dishwashing machine.

Responsibilities

• Operate the industrial dishwasher.
• Wash pans, pots, dishes, glassware and other items by hand when necessary.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Assist prep cook and other kitchen staff, especially during peak times.
• Perform opening and closing duties and side work (cleaning floors and walls).
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the work area.
