• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of storage, shelving, tables, hoods and exhaust.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Adheres to safe work practices.
• Cleans all dishes and kitchens after close.
