On-the-job training is provided; no prior experience required. You must follow food safety procedures, be able to lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for 8–10 hour shifts in a warm, bustling restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Dishes, pans and utensils must be washed to ensure availability for service.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and keep the area clean and organized.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean dishes are available by collecting soiled items and storing dry ware.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for the next shift by restocking stations.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen (ovens, makeline, etc.).
• Keep the dish pit area clean and organized.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Report food safety incidents or violations promptly.
• Ensure dining area is ready for opening, close, and hours of operation.
• Set up kitchen line before rushes and reset after close.
