Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes quickly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing machines.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into racks; unload to storage.
• Keep the dish pit and kitchen area clean, organized, safe.
• Monitor chemical levels and report low supplies.
• Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, clean mats.
• Assist with basic food prep or unloading deliveries during slower periods.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain a clean work environment.
