Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Indianapolis, IN is hiring entry-level Cooks to help keep our kitchen fast, friendly and fun. You’ll work in a high-energy environment and learn essential prep and cooking skills with paid training.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with growth opportunities through on-the-job training and promotions such as Bird Specialist or Trainer, and a benefits package for hourly crew. If you’re 16+, dependable and ready to work varied shifts, join us and become part of a team that values

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no restaurant experience required
• Paid training provided for new Restaurant Cooks
• Ability to work all shifts (opening, closing, and in-between)

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Show up on time for scheduled shifts
• Clean tables, floors and other areas
• Take orders and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling food
• Multitask effectively
