Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS, uses upselling techniques to generate sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Promotes prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Resolves issues with guests professionally.
• Learns teamwork skills and collaborates to achieve goals.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers and managers.
