Onvo's Burger King team member role focuses on delivering a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant. You will assist with food preparation, take orders, and ensure accuracy while maintaining sanitation standards.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, keep dining and prep areas clean, restock supplies, and work with teammates to meet daily goals. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and training is provided.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Burger King’s strict quality and sanitation standards.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, food preparation stations, and restrooms.
• Restock inventory, assist with deliveries, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve operational goals.
