Job summary

Carlisle LLC in Kentucky is seeking an entry-level Food Service Team Member to help assemble orders, serve hot foods, stock supplies, and keep a clean dining area. You will operate a cash register and assist customers at a fast-paced, high-traffic shop.

No experience required; must be at least 16 years old with proper work documents. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to develop customer service and teamwork skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems helpful.
No experience required for this entry-level role.
Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required to work by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

Assemble food orders within stated time goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
Operate cash register according to cash operations policies.
Take orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service.
Prep store for opening.
Close store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).
