Qualifications

• Active NYS license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Prior Emergency Department or urgent care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and patient‑care abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a busy Emergency Department
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and urgent conditions
• Perform appropriate procedures within scope
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic studies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and ancillary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
