Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant, upbeat manner.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked (dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash, restrooms).
• Be punctual, detail-oriented, friendly, eager to learn, and honest.
• Work with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant for guests.
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious relationships with management and team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism.
• Follow HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times.
