Job summary

Onward Search is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for internal teams as we continue to build and launch new divisions across the organization. The ideal candidate bringsa strong senseof urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience recruiting in the staffing industry orhiring forsales roles.

Qualifications

• Staffing industry recruiting experience required; candidates without staffing experience must have demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles.
• Proven ability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal oversight while consistently meeting weekly recruiting KPIs.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Ability to step in quickly and operate independently.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle internal recruiting including roles across Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP-level) and emerging business divisions
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal tools, and proactive outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Track activity and results against established weekly KPIs and adjust recruiting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals
• Provide a strong candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively
