Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely at counter, drive-through, or phone.
• Record orders accurately at multiple channels.
• Process orders through Pulse system for preparation.
• Monitor ready orders and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Assist in expediting and completing orders with sides and extras.
• Upsell in-store promotions when applicable.
• Collect customer payments and provide correct change.
• Process credit/debit card transactions.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of front area and dining space.
• Assist in kitchen as needed.
