Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely when they enter the restaurant, call or drive through.
• Accurately record customer orders at the counter, on the phone, and at drive-through.
• Process orders through the Pulse system for timely preparation.
• Monitor ready orders and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Assist with upselling in-store promotions when applicable.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain clean and stocked front area, restrooms, and dining area.
• Support kitchen as backup to assist with cooking when necessary.
