You’ll support customers during payment, exchanges, and provide answers to questions, while staying actively involved in keeping shelves and the register area organized. Ideal candidates bring a customer-service mindset, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• Experience with computers and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers at the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash register, payments, and exchanges.
