Job summary

Life Time Inc. operates LifeCafe locations across the United States. The LifeCafe Staff will prepare menu items per recipe and uphold speed-of-service standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a clean, sanitized environment.

Team members work in a fast-paced cafe setting with duties ranging from food and beverage preparation to espresso drinks, and are eligible for comprehensive benefits with full-time status. Wages start at the stated hourly range in Minnesota location.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
