Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. The role involves executing planograms, signage updates, price changes, fixture assembly, and maintenance of all signage in a single store, while delivering legendary customer service.

The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members, be flexible, and support merchandise tasks as needed. Shifts vary by store and may be 4–10 hours.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe, productive environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
