Qualifications

• Ability to solve practical problems; interpret instructions.
• Arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to file, post, and mail materials; copy data; guide people.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Smile, greet and assist customers throughout the store.
• Learn customers' names and address them by name when possible.
• Escort customers to products and assist with carrying items.
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service.
• Work with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Redeem coupons, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Stock displays and shelves; assist with inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the department and work area.
• Adhere to personal hygiene and dress guidelines.
• Report to work on schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
