KBP Foods, a KFC franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure excellent customer service at a busy location. You will help uphold operational standards and contribute to the brand’s legacy of quality and speed.

The position offers paid training, meals, benefits (medical, dental, vision), PTO, education programs, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles. Compensation is discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
