• Communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Cooks fast-food items in compliance with safety standards.
• Performs light cleaning to maintain sanitation and safety.
