Job summary

Evergreen Wendy's franchisee Carlisle Corporation seeks a motivated crew member to join our fast-paced team. You will help assemble orders, greet customers, and keep the dining room clean and stocked, delivering friendly, accurate service in a high-volume environment. No experience required.

Must be at least 16 and able to lift up to 50 pounds; willing to work varied shifts. You'll learn cash handling, food safety, and teamwork as part of a supportive, quality-driven operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Takes orders from customers, via in-person and intercom system, provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).
