Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member at a franchise restaurant in Seymour, Tennessee. Starting pay up to $12 an hour, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules, plus opportunities to learn through Archways to Opportunity education programs and world-class training.

All you’ll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We’ll teach you the rest. For job openings on your schedule - part time or full time - give us a try. You must be 15 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald’s. Great candidates can enter management training within 3 to 6 months. You will learn soft skills like teamwork, problem solving, flexibility, communication, leadership, time management, organization, motivation and work ethic.
