Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. As the GM, you will be accountable for financial results, upholding policies and procedures, and leading the restaurant team.

We're looking for an experienced leader who can protect our brand, drive sales, and maintain the highest service standards. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Area Operations Coach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Experience in staff development and training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and sanitation.
• Hire, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality guest experience.
• Drive sales through local store marketing and community engagement.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and labor to protect profitability.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
